Terms of Use

1. Subject

The “Postomat” service provides planning and scheduled publication of entries to third-party platforms (Telegram, VK, MAX) on the user's behalf through the integrations the user connects.

2. Plans

The free Start plan has limits (1 channel, 10 publications a month). Paid plans follow the price list, are subscribed monthly or yearly, and renew manually. A refund for an unused period is available on request within 14 days of payment, provided the Service has not been substantially used.

3. Content rules

Publishing through the Service is prohibited for: spam, material that breaks Russian law, material that infringes copyright, malware, and attempts to bypass limits with fake accounts. A breach results in the account being blocked without a refund.

4. Liability

The Service does not guarantee delivery of publications when a platform fails or its limits are exceeded; results and errors are visible in the dashboard, and failed publications are retried automatically. The Service is not responsible for the content of the user's posts or the consequences of publishing them.

5. Referral programme

A user receives 10% of the confirmed payments made by users they invited, for life. Self-referrals and fake accounts void the earnings. The terms for accrual and payout are set out in the “Referrals” section of the dashboard.

6. Changes to these terms

The current version is always available on this page. Material changes are announced by e-mail 7 days before they take effect.
