Cross-posting is publishing the same post to several platforms at once — Telegram, VK and MAX, for instance — while keeping the look proper to each one.
Cross-posting is the practice of publishing one prepared post to several channels at once: messengers, social networks, blogs. To the reader the post looks native to its platform, with the media, links and formatting they expect.
Cross-posting saves the content maker's time and covers every place the audience actually is. One nuance: formats that work well in one place (long posts with threads) sometimes need light adaptation elsewhere. Tools such as Postomat publish a cross-post to Telegram, VK and MAX on schedule and show the result for each platform separately.
