Scheduled posting
Scheduled posting means publishing posts automatically at a pre-set time: the content is prepared in advance and the service sends it out on schedule without anyone pressing send.
Scheduled posting is a way of publishing where a post is prepared in advance and sent to the channel automatically at the appointed time. The author builds a queue a week ahead in one sitting, and the posts go out on a steady rhythm — even when nobody is at the computer.
Why it matters: it keeps the channel regular, which is the main driver of subscriber retention, lets you claim your audience's prime time in advance, and makes running several platforms at once realistic. It can be done with a platform's own scheduler (Telegram's "send later") or with a dedicated service that adds a calendar, a queue and cross-posting — Postomat, for example.
