Content plan

In short

A content plan is a schedule of topics, categories and publication dates that turns "what shall I write today" from a daily question into a routine.

A content plan is a prepared publication schedule: which categories go out, about what, and when. The basic model for a business is 3×4 — three post types (useful, trust, offer) three times a week, which makes twelve topics a month.

The plan lives in two places: a table of topics (anything will do) and the publication queue in a scheduler, where drafts become scheduled posts. It is rarely the plan that fails but the execution, so the main trick is scheduled posting: write in one weekly batch and let the channel publish itself.
